What I did today

  • Prepared breakfast for the kids
  • Prepared clothes and toiletries for my daughter for her retreat today.
  • Had a quick photo shoot right outside the house. The photos will be used for the weight loss challenge.
  • Prepare and eat lunch
  • Check and update blogs
  • Search online for audio rack
  • Prepare snack for my son and dinner later
  • Resume exercise tonight.
  • Plans to sleep early tonight.
