Dance workout

I and other C-lium ambassadors were invited to join Body Vibe, a low impact 55-minute group exercise, at Fitness First ABS-CBN last Dec. 1. I had fun doing the exercises using a resistance tube and a ball. The group was guided by a friendly instructor. I wish we were furnished a copy of the whole workout through disc duplication, so I could do the same exercise at home.
